Affordabl Unbundled Family Law Services in Alberta

Going through separation or divorce can feel overwhelming — but you don’t always need (or want) a lawyer to handle everything for you. I offer limited scope legal services (sometimes called “unbundled services”) to give you the exact level of help you need, without the cost of full representation.

With limited scope services, I can help you with:

• Explaining your legal rights and options under Alberta family law

• Drafting or reviewing Court forms, agreements, and affidavits

• Filing documents with the Court

• Communicating or negotiating with the other side, where appropriate

• Preparing you to represent yourself in Court, including strategy and coaching

What I don’t do under this model:

• Appear in Court on your behalf (you remain self-represented)

• Take over your entire case or act as your lawyer of record beyond our agreed scope

This approach gives you flexibility and control: you decide what parts of your case you want legal help with, and what parts you will handle yourself.
